Live Music Venue Just Opened 'Scarlet Cardinal' - Dubai

Recently the music scene got disappointed to know that one of our favorite Live Music venues closed its doors. But as they say (When one door closes, another opens) and that is what happened... Recently a NEW live Music venue opened and it's called 'SCARLET CARDINAL' located in Sofitel Hotel (JBR), Dubai. Could this be our new live music venue? The venue is well equipped and officially open! As a start we decided to do the 'HALLOWEEN PARTY' at 'SCARLET CARDINAL' and it is going to be a 'FREE ENTRY' event.
